Overview
At Mustardseed Energy Dynamics Limited, we pride ourselves on delivering quality petroleum products and ensuring that every client receives accurate quantities, clean fuel, and prompt service. Because of the nature of petroleum and petroleum-based products, returns and refunds are handled under strict quality, safety, and verification conditions.
Eligibility for Return or Refund
Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of petroleum products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The supplied product was incorrect (different grade or specification from what was ordered).
- The product was contaminated or adulterated at the point of delivery and verified by our quality assurance team.
- There was a delivery discrepancy in quantity that has been reported and verified within 24 hours of receipt.
For any other reason, such as over-ordering or changes in demand after delivery, we unfortunately cannot accept returns once the product has been dispensed or transferred into a storage tank.
Return Request Process
To initiate a return or refund request:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at refunds@mustardseedenergy.org with the following details:
- Delivery reference number
- Description of issue (including photos or test results if available)
- Proof of purchase or transaction receipt
- Our operations and quality control team will review the claim within 48 hours.
- If approved, we will provide instructions for product retrieval (where applicable) or initiate the appropriate refund procedure.
Please note that any product transferred from our truck into external storage cannot be retrieved due to contamination risks and safety regulations.
Refunds
Once a return or claim is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.

Damages or Issues
Customers are advised to inspect products at the point of delivery before offloading. If you notice contamination, leakage, or receive the wrong product, immediately alert the delivery personnel and contact our office. We will evaluate the situation and take corrective action promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and regulatory reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Dispensed or partially used fuel or lubricants
- Hazardous materials already delivered and stored
- Products on promotional or discounted rates
- Gift cards, credit notes, or digital payment vouchers
